The ASAP CRN Cloud is pleased to expand the Mouse Single Cell (sc) RNAseq Collection as part of the v4.0.0 ASAP CRN Cloud Release. The processing pipelines have been revised for this release to improve the cell-type inference. The new methodology leverages the Allen Brain Map's MapMyCells on a simplified version of the 10x Whole mouse brain taxonomy (CCN20230722) taxonomy to infer simple cell-type taxonomies. Datasets Included in Collection: ○ team-cragg-mouse-sn-rnaseq-striatum ○ team-biederer-mouse-sc-rnase ASAP Teams: Team Cragg, Team Biederer Dataset Name: cohort-mouse-sc-rnaseq, v1.0.1 Dataset DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17860975 Contributors: See CRN Cloud Authorship List for the DOIs containing authorship details. Sample Summary: Data Curation Strategy: Curated data is the result of processing the raw dataset contributions by ASAP CRN Workflows. For the snRNAseq Datasets the curated data can be categorized as “preprocessed” and “processed”, and “integrated”. Preprocessed. Pre-processing refers to the first stage of sequence alignment from the raw fastq files with cellranger for each sample, followed by basic QC. This QC consists count correction due to ambient...
